UROFLOWMETRY is one of the basic urodynamic examinations. By means of a precise weight sensor and the subsequent conversion into the flow, the course of a patient’s urination is recorded and graphically visualized, including information on the maximum flow, the average flow, the total urine amount, the total urination time, etc.
The actual weight sensor of the uroflowmeter can be connected through a cable with the control unit or the higher system or wirelessly at the 868 MHz frequency with a reach of more than 50 m. The measurement range is 0-500 ml/s with accuracy +/- 2 %. The control unit allows printing the measured record by means of an inbuilt thermal printer and archiving the records electronically for up to 65 000 measurements on an SD card.
