🎉 New Year's Trystom meeting? Done and checked! On Friday, we met as a team to review 2024 and peek into our plans for 2025. CEO, Marek Švarc, walked us through the company's results and thanked us for our work. That really made us happy 💗.

The year 2025 will be about efficiency: improving processes, increasing productivity and smarter use of resources ⚙️. We have big challenges ahead of us, but we believe we can do it together.

And what would a meeting be without good food? Over lunch, we reminisced about the successes and the little things that put a smile on our faces in 2024.

Before the machine reaches the customer, it is preceded by a debugging and fine-tuning phase so that it is ready to produce products immediately after installation. ⚙️

Last week, a colleague from the HR department attended the How to LinkedIn in 2025 workshop organised by the Innovation Centre of the Olomouc Region in Šumperk.

She learned a lot of valuable tips and advice from Michal Bubeník on how to increase the followership of her personal and company profile. In time, we will see on the statistics 📊 how the knowledge was applied in practice🙂.
