Spring is a symbol of awakening, newness, energy🌸🍀. At Trystom, we started a series of trainings in the spring to bring these attributes to our company. We have clocked 32 hours of project management training with an amazing trainer Michaela Duchkova. 👍🙏And that they were bombs💥. We have a plan on what and how to improve and we're really working on it. 💪 We're having fun, we want change, we're being honest with ourselves. We come up with and implement action steps 💹 The energy is indescribable. It has to be experienced. In a month we continue. I will write how it went.

🎉 New Year's Trystom meeting? Done and checked! On Friday, we met as a team to review 2024 and peek into our plans for 2025. CEO, Marek Švarc, walked us through the company's results and thanked us for our work. That really made us happy 💗.
The year 2025 will be about efficiency: improving processes, increasing productivity and smarter use of resources ⚙️. We have big challenges ahead of us, but we believe we can do it together.
And what would a meeting be without good food? Over lunch, we reminisced about the successes and the little things that put a smile on our faces in 2024.

She learned a lot of valuable tips and advice from Michal Bubeník on how to increase the followership of her personal and company profile. In time, we will see on the statistics 📊 how the knowledge was applied in practice🙂.

AUTOMATION DAY IN ZLÍN
At the beginning of November, we took part in the seminar "Automation Day in Zlín", organized by the Technological Innovation Centre and B+R Automation. The key points of the seminar were advances in the integration of delta robots, innovations in Trak transport systems and machine vision systems that contribute to greater flexibility and efficiency in production. Discussions on production control, adaptive systems and machine vision are sure to provide valuable insights to improve productivity and competitiveness in the industry.

There are 53 of us in Trystom, 49 of whom are men. Our men are using their moustaches to spread awareness about prostate, testicular and mental health cancer prevention. International Engineering Fair Brno 2024: SP Assembly opened a new year full of innovations
On 8 October 2024, the Assembly of the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic traditionally opened the 65th edition of the International Engineering Fair in Brno. Marek Švarc, Managing Director of Trystom and MMT, had the honour of being among the invited guests. After the opening address by Jan Rafaj, President of the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic, the guests were also able to listen to the Prime Minister Petr Fiala and the new Minister of Industry and Trade Jan Vlček. The SP Assembly programme was enriched by panel discussions on the revision of the Green Deal, financial support for exports to Ukraine, decarbonisation of industry and new technologies and human potential.

We are pleased to announce that our fleet has grown with the addition of a new BambuLab 3D printer! 🚀 Combined with an automatic feeder for up to 4 types of filament, this technology opens up new possibilities in complex printing and brings us another step towards faster prototyping and design of our solutions. On 1 October we visited the conference Dynamics and Potential of Modern Technologies in the Context of Technical Education and Employment. Or how modern technologies are changing the demands on education and job competences. The conference took place in the beautiful surroundings of the Fortress of Knowledge in Olomouc. The aim of the conference was to promote cooperation between companies and technical secondary schools, to find inspiration on how to cultivate the education system and promote employment. For Trystom, the event was very inspiring and several ideas were born, which we will try to implement. Thumbs up for Trystom and thanks to the Innovation Centre of the Olomouc Region for organizing it.

The floods missed us this time, but our employees are helping where it is most needed
We experienced the 1997 floods firsthand. As a token of gratitude that the floods in Olomouc escaped us this time and as a show of solidarity with the affected areas, last week we organized a daily transport of our employee volunteers to the affected areas with the tools and equipment they needed for their work. We thank all our colleagues from Trystom, spol. s r.o. and MEDKONSULT medical technology s.r.o. for their support and willingness to help.

Satisfied employees are the key to Trystom's success
We can say about Trystom employees that they are really loyal to us. Half of our colleagues have been with us for more than 7 years. A third of our employees have been with us for more than 10 years. The oldest employee has been with us for 31 years - an electro-mechanic colleague remembers the founding of the company. Our accountant also boasts a nice number - 26 years, followed by our locksmith workshop manager - 24 years. The owner of the company, Marek Švarc, has been with Trystom for 18 years.
